Return Policy

Items purchased through sinuoussisters.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact info@sinuoussisters.com. A return shipping  label and instructions will be provided by email. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please use the original packaging provided with your order when returning an item. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation, customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. To cancel an order that has not yet been dispatched, please contact info@sinuoussisters.com as soon as possible.

The right of withdrawal is subject to applicable legal provisions and exceptions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days, using the original payment method. Please note that additional processing time may be required for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions

Made-to-order and personalized items may be excluded from returns where permitted by applicable law. This exclusion does not apply to defective items or circumstances in which a return or withdrawal right is protected by law.

Exchanges

For a different size, we recommend returning the original item, subject to the applicable return conditions, and placing a new order for your preferred size.
