International Delivery

We offer worldwide shipping with DHL. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are outlined below.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. All shipments are sent via DHL with tracking, allowing you to follow your order throughout its journey.

Items marked “Pre-order” are made for you in our atelier and will be shipped within 4 weeks (28 days) of your order. If your piece is ready earlier, we ship it sooner and send you the tracking number by email. Payment is taken when you place your order. Your 14-day right of withdrawal applies as described in our Refund policy, counted from the day you receive your order.
